19th Thought...

Most people, when they feel something is missing in their life, immediately try to fill the gap with something. Anything!

And in the short term this is satisfying. But like an apple might satisfy hunger for a brief period, it cant sustain you for long.

Sit with the feeling and see if you can locate what it is that is missing - then fill the gap consciously.

Could this be the difference between short lived satisfaction and long term contentment?
