How often have we woken up in the morning and wondered what will the day bring?

19th Thought...
Most people, when they feel something is missing in their life, immediately try to fill the gap with something. Anything!
And in the short term this is satisfying. But like an apple might satisfy hunger for a brief period, it cant sustain you for long.
Sit with the feeling and see if you can locate what it is that is missing - then fill the gap consciously.
Could this be the difference between short lived satisfaction and long term contentment?

18th thought....
Do you book being spontaneous in to fit with things already planned? How about doing something at the moment it requires doing rather than waiting till the time has passed?
